As a cancer survivor myself, this book was a gift. It remined me I still have power
I really enjoyed this book. It was just as the author described, “A Simple and Fun journey...!” It didn’t just go into the physiology and fundamentals of how our bodies function but also gave great tips such as how to avoid burn out, heart rate & goal setting. I love how the author not only gave information on all of the different body types/shapes but also helps you determine your own, this made me feel like it was a customized plan just for me. It really gave me an actionable direction to go in as I continue my journey of wellness.
